3. I understand that I am solely and fully responsible for the conduct of this listing, including the quality of service, customer interactions, and any claims made through this platform.

4. I will exercise due caution and care in serving customers who book through QJump, and will not use this platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.

5. I understand that if this listing is found to be fake, fraudulent, or used to deceive or harm customers, appropriate legal action may be taken against me, in addition to immediate removal from the QJump platform.

Matchmaking on QJump is for casual and competitive play only. Placing bets, wagering money or items, running paid "fixed" matches, or asking other players for money is strictly prohibited.

QJump does not organize, endorse, or profit from any match found here. We only connect players — what happens between players in the actual game is outside our control. QJump is not responsible for any money lost, item scams, account theft, or disputes arising from a match, and will not mediate or refund such losses.

• Never share OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs or bank details with another player.
• Never pay an "entry fee" or "prize pool deposit" to a stranger — this is a common scam.
• No cheats, hacks, aimbots or exploiting bugs. Play fair.
• Be respectful — no abuse, harassment, or hate speech in chat/voice.
• You must meet the minimum age required by the game itself (check the game's own age rating).
• Report any player asking for money or behaving suspiciously using the in-app report option.

By continuing, you confirm you understand this is a matchmaking service only, that any betting/gambling activity is against these terms and done entirely at your own risk, and that QJump bears no liability for it.

1. What QJump is: QJump is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers (hospitals, salons, tour organizers, and others) to manage queues and bookings. QJump does not itself provide medical, travel, or other listed services.

2. Provider responsibility: Each business or individual listed is independently responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their own service. QJump does not vet, supervise, or guarantee any provider or peer-organized listing (including Group Tours).

3. Bookings & cancellations: Prepaid bookings follow the cancellation/refund tiers shown at the time of booking. Postpaid bookings can be cancelled free of charge. Refund processing is handled by the respective provider.

4. Your responsibility: You agree to provide accurate information (including identity verification where required, such as Group Tours) and to use the platform lawfully. Providing false information may result in denial of service.

5. Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, QJump is not liable for any mishap, accident, injury, theft, loss, medical emergency, or dispute arising from a booking made through the platform. Use of any listed service is at your own risk.

This is a working prototype summary of terms — a complete legal Terms of Service will be published before public launch.

What we store on this device: your name, phone number, and booking history are kept locally in your browser so you can see your queue status and past bookings. We don't run this on a central server yet — it stays on the device you're using.

Photo ID uploads: when you verify for a Group Tour or similar booking, your ID photo is stored only on your device to complete that booking's safety check — it is not uploaded anywhere.

What we never ask for: your bank PIN, OTP from your bank, or card CVV. QJump staff and providers will never ask you to share these.

Your account security: keep your login OTP private, and if you run a business account, don't share your Business ID + password with anyone you don't trust to manage your queue.

This is a working prototype — a full production privacy policy and secure backend will replace this notice before real customer data is handled at scale.
